WorldTides combines Brainware software with licensed and public data sources. This page summarizes the ownership and licensing notices that apply to the website, API, and underlying tide data.

Different locations may use different source data. API responses can include applicable copyright information for the data returned.

World Wide tide stations University of Hawaii Predictions derived by Brainware LLC from gauge data provided for public consumption to the Joint Archive for Sea Level from over 100 agencies representing over 90 countries.
